Below are some common questions that we receive from Tiger Health Boot Camp prospects:

What is Tiger Health Bootcamp?

Tiger Health Bootcamp is an Outdoor Group Fitness class, designed to get people maximum results in minimum time.  It is the most cost effective way to get awesome results.  And just because it is cheap it doesn’t mean that your results will be!  Quite the opposite.  Many people find the group atmosphere highly motivating and get incredible results!

How many people are there in a camp?

Usually there are 8-12 people in a group. Any more and we will get another trainer in. So don’t worry you will get lots of personal attention!

What level of fitness do I need to join?

Everyone has to start somewhere so just come on down, whatever you have or haven’t been doing in the past. We have challenging variations of exercises for everyone and every level. Don’t think you are too unfit to start and likewise don’t think you are too fit for us! We WILL get you in the best shape of your life regardless of where you are currently at.

Where and when are the bootcamps offered?

Tiger Health runs bootcamps in Avalon, Sydney. Please email us to enquire and we will send you a map to our location..

How does the 1-week free trial process work?

Tiger Health Boot Camp is an invite-only membership program. We use the 1-week tryout to assess if our program is the right long-term fit for each trial member. If you are invited to join our exclusive program you will have the ability to choose from several membership options based on your current schedule and budget.

Tryouts are only offered within the first week of each month out of fairness to current members. This month only, March, we are doing tryouts all month. But we only have 8 spots left available. So if you want in, you had better act quickly. All trial members must complete and submit an initial boot camp registration prior to the outlined registration deadline before each phase of boot camp. Please contact us now to save your self a spot.

Lastly, all interested trial members must attend a mandatory initial boot camp orientation. This orientation is meant to assess the current fitness level of each new trial member and answer any questions or concerns prior to the first workout of the new phase of camp. Please refer to the Class Schedule and Annual Training Calendar for more details.

How do I get invited into the program?

During the one-week trial, we expect each trial member to attend ALL 3 available workouts. This shows us that you are serious about getting results. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis if the on-site trainer is provided with advanced notice of an impending scheduling conflict.   However, attendance alone does not guarantee an invite to our program. We want to see that you are having fun and are bringing positive energy to the group. Complainers and whiners are NOT welcome!

Bottom line- if you make as many workouts as you can, work hard, and bring a positive mental attitude, you will put yourself in the best position to gain admittance to our program.

If I am accepted how much does it cost?

The first week is FREE. After that we have several different payment options to suit your needs, goals and budgets. The more committed you are to achieving your goals, the more we will reward you.

What will I learn at bootcamp?

You will learn how to build awesome strength using just your own bodyweight. You will be able to work out anytime, anyplace without the need for expensive equipment. Whilst we do use incorporate the use of equipment in our bootcamps, for variation and fun, the wealth of bodyweight knowledge we will share with you is the core of our system. In addition to the exercising we will teach you about nutrition, recovery, injury prevention and rehab, meditation, breathing, flexibility, even some of the secrets to enlightenment!

What fitness equipment do you use?

We have lots of cool things for you to play with; free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, boxing gloves, skipping ropes, sandbags, resistance bands, swiss balls etc…

Is it the same routine every week?

Whilst we stick to tried and tested principles, every session is different! You will continue to learn new things in every single session. Our mission is to empower you with our knowledge.

Do you do boxing?

Boxing is our specialty!  A lot of our trainers are experienced martial artists and professional boxers!  Don’t worry though they are not scary!  We love boxing and know what incredible results it provides our clients.  So yes, you can expect to learn some real deal boxing techniques safely and correctly!

How long before I see results?

You will definitely notice improvements within the first 2 weeks of training with us.  We also do fitness testing every 6 weeks just to blow you away with the progress you have made!
