How long before I see results?
You will definitely notice improvements within the first 2 weeks of training with us. We also do fitness testing every 6 weeks just to blow you away with the progress you have made!
How many sessions do I need to do every week to get fit?
Our clients usually work with us 1-4 times a week. On the days that you don’t meet with us we set you some simple tasks to complete. Don’t worry though we take into account your everday commitments, lifestyle, work and time for resting.
How long is each session?
Session generally last for 1 hour, but we also offer ‘Express 30 Minute Workouts’ for busy professionals.
What do you do in each session?
All sessions include a warm up, a workout, some stretching, lots of learning and lots of laughing!

What is Personal Training?
Personal training is the quickest way to achieve your individual fitness goals. You get all the VIP treatment, an individually tailored fitness program, and one on one guidance and instruction. You trainer will also come to a location most convenient to you and at a time most convenient to you.
What is Tiger Health Bootcamp?
Tiger Health Bootcamp is an Outdoor Group Fitness class, designed to get people maximum results in minimum time. It is the most cost effective way to get awesome results. And just because it is cheap it doesn’t mean that your results will be! Quite the opposite. Many people find the group atmosphere highly motivating and get incredible results!
How many people are there in a camp?
To make sure you get lots of personal attention we usually limit the group size to 8-12 people. Once a group grows to this size we will start another one.
What level of fitness do I need to join?
Everyone has to start somewhere so just come on down, whatever you have or haven’t been doing in the past! We have challenging variations of exercises for everyone and every level. Don’t think you are too unfit to start and likewise don’t think you are too fit for us! We WILL get you in the best shape of your life regardless of where you are currently at.

How does the 1-week free trial process work for the bootcamp?
Tiger Health Boot Camp is an invite-only membership program. We use the 1-week tryout to assess if our program is the right long-term fit for each trial member. If you are invited to join our exclusive program you will have the ability to choose from several membership options based on your current schedule and budget.
How do I get invited into the bootcamp program?
During the one-week trial, we expect each trial member to attend ALL 3 available workouts. This shows us that you are serious about getting results. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis if the on-site trainer is provided with advanced notice of an impending scheduling conflict. However, attendance alone does not guarantee an invite to our program. We want to see that you are having fun and are bringing positive energy to the group. Complainers and whiners are NOT welcome!
Bottom line- if you make as many workouts as you can, work hard, and bring a positive mental attitude, you will put yourself in the best position to gain admittance to our program.

What will I learn by training with Tiger Health?
You will learn how to build awesome strength using just your own bodyweight. You will be able to work out anytime, anyplace without the need for expensive equipment. Whilst we do use incorporate the use of equipment in our bootcamps, for variation and fun, the wealth of bodyweight knowledge we will share with you is the core of our system. In addition to the exercising we will teach you about nutrition, recovery strategies, injury prevention and rehab, meditation, breathing, improving your flexibility, strengthening your cardiovascular system, how to make exercise fun, and heaps more cool stuff!
What fitness equipment do you use?
We have lots of fun things for you to play with; free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, boxing gloves, skipping ropes, tires, resistance bands, swiss balls etc…
Is it the same routine every session?
Whilst we stick to tried and tested principles, every session is different! You will continue to learn lots of new things in every single session. Our mission is to empower you with our knowledge.
Do you do boxing?
Boxing is our specialty! A lot of our trainers are experienced martial artists and professional boxers! Don’t worry though they are not scary! We love boxing and know what incredible results it provides our clients. So yes, you can expect to learn some real deal boxing techniques safely and correctly!
Do you still donate to Tiger Conservation even if it is a group session?
Yes, at Tiger Health for every session that each individual trains we will donate $1 towards Tiger Conservation, so whilst you are getting fit and healthy you are also helping tigers live happily in the wild too.
