We have been training with Justin for several months and have recently signed-on for another 6 months.
Although having successfully dieted before, we have always managed to gain weight again very quickly. However, embarking on our journey with Justin has given us a new approach to both food and exercise. We no longer have a problem finding time to exercise or making the right choices with food as our lifestyle has just gradually adapted to it. This has never happened before.
Over the past few months, Justin has taken us through a huge variety of exercise with all training sessions being different and as well as keeping the training interesting it has allowed us to learn new techniques and approaches to exercise. The results are clear to us and while losing weight is great, feeling healthy and strong is even better. As a consequence we want, and are inspired, to fit so much more into our lives.
Despite our initial reservations regarding the use of Thai boxing in our fitness sessions, it has been surprisingly fun and different. Learning technique as well as getting a good work-out has given us the opportunity to discover a new sport that we would never have contemplated before.
